ELECTRONIC DATA INTERCHANGE (EDI) - EDI provides an innovative collaboration among business partners for fast, accurate, and secure exchange of business documents regardless of data format or network connectivity standards.

  • There are no data bridges between the Web applications and the Host system, providing real time information.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly summary of order statistics to see your current bookings, shipments, top 5 booking customers and returns. Authorized users can view multiple sales reps and "roll up" statistics on all reps.
  • Comprehensive product data base search complete with images and extensive search criteria. View statistics on each product and select products for booking. Ability to format product page by a variety of views.
  • Direct links to UPS, FedEx, and truck carriers to access shipment tracking information.
  • Account maintenance capabilities to keep customer records up to date.

CUSTOMER PORTAL - The Customer portal allows your customers to a real-time environment to search and access their orders as well as book new orders.

Major functions of the Customer Portal include:
  • View current statistics on bookings, shipments and returns with ability to drill down to see actual orders.
  • View current accounting information such as open invoices, credit memo's and credit limit information.
  • Ability to reprint invoices, order statuses and credit memos and view them online or have them emailed to you.
  • Search and view order detail information including shipment tracking.
  • Access to UPC codes with ability to download.
  • Book orders via credit card utilizing secured encryption technology.


CATALOG PORTAL - The Catalog portal allows your customer to view your product line in a more traditional format in which products are assigned to categories. Customers can drill down to actual products in a catalog format.

Major functions of the Catalog Portal include:
  • Highly customizable portal allowing changes to color scheme, navigation criteria, catalog categories.
  • User can view booking and shipping history and use advance order search features to look up existing orders.
  • Reprint and/or email invoices, order statuses and credit memos.
  • Image driven portal supports small, medium and large size images for each product and every color swatch.
  • Book orders via secured encryption credit card technology.
  • Enter drop ship address information.
  • Change default ship-to address if more than one location available for customer.
  • Set up promotions in advance, advertise them, and allow customers to enter your promotion codes for free freight, buy one get one free, discounts and other promotional / discount programs.
  • Ability to enter third party shipping or freight collect account numbers.


OFFLINE ORDER ENTRY/E-ORDER PAD - Offline Order Entry ePad allows sales and customer service representatives to quickly and efficiently enter customer orders without an Internet or direct network connection to the ABS system. An Excel form allows the order to be entered, and uploaded at a later time to your main system or headquarters.

Major features of Offline Order Entry:
  • Allows creation, copying, modification of orders offline without a direct system connection.
  • Supports multiple methods of data entry and look-up of all information required to create an order including Account, Style and Inventory Masters.
