SUPPLIER WEB PORTAL - The vendor portal allows easy access to your contract and vendor information. The Portal is easily accessed through your Internet browser using secure authentication credentials. The Vendor Portal offers advanced filtering and sorting capabilities so you can quickly locate the information you want.

Major functions of the Vendor Portal include.

• Track the progress of your goods, from anywhere around the world, from placement of the purchase order to arrival at your warehouse.
• Generate bar-coded case labels at the factory so they can be placed on cartons to facilitate receiving at your warehouse or a drop ship location.
• Generate ASN's by scanning or manually selecting a case shipped on a container or truck.
• Generate UPC bar-coded tags at factory to be placed on merchandise prior to packing and shipping.
• View/print the purchase order from the Web.
• Automatic email notifications when tasks related to a specific purchase order are unable to meet the target date. Manage by exception rather than the entire process.
• Enhanced Buyer/Vendor communication interface.

ABS SOURCING

Module Functionality:

• Creation of cost sheets with the ability for each cost category to be in a different currency
• Ability to create cost sheets to the size level or by using a profile size
• Download / upload cost sheets to/from excel for mass volume, easy maintenance
• Full costing integration to the General Ledger for cost of goods sold with variance tracking
• Routing guide tracking that can be assigned at the factory or style level and overridden on each purchase order
