ABS Order Allocation

ABS Fax & Email Integration

ABS transparently integrates with Fax & Email software allowing you to communicate more effectively with your Customers and Vendors based on their preferences or yours. Customer/Vendor preferences can be defined at the form level. For instance a customer may want Invoices to go via Fax, Statements via Email and Credit Memos via traditional mail. All of which can be permanently stored in the customer master Faxing extends to the desktop allowing your users to fax any document they create on their PC. Email extends to any report you can generate in the ABS package can now be automatically sent to your email box instead of printing. Allowing you to search and select the information you wish to print. Or to further analyze the information in a desktop spreadsheet program such as excel.
