Major Functions of the Forecasting Module include:
- Ability to enter sales forecasts based on available sales history.
- Three levels of forecasting and production planning: Style, Style/Color, and/or Style/Color/Dimension/Size.
- Forecasting sales periods based on booked and/or shipped dates.
- Monthly production planning capability based on inventory, planned and actual WIP versus forecasts or actual orders.
- Calculation of production necessary to achieve desired stock cover on a month to month basis.
